Bug fixes:
- Developer tool 'Build component object' fixed for creation of dynamic components.
- Bug #2602: Registration response CSV manual download script fixed. Normal downloads of reg responses are now considerably faster and use less memory.
- Bug #2616 fixed, ACE category browser was having problems allowing certain component configurations due to recent templating engine updates.
