Clockwork provides the Active Media Manager (AMM) to its customers as a service: Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). This means that you can get started building your website right away without worrying about provisioning servers, installation and compatability, long-term maintenance, and IT training. The AMM is fully hosted and supported on the Clockwork Platform by a full-time team of experts.
We support you
When you buy pre-packaged software, you assume responsibility for everything that software needs to run—its care and feeding. The AMM only requires a web browser and access to the Internet. You will receive regular security and feature upgrades at no additional cost; your project manager will schedule an upgrade and we'll take care of the rest. (We perform both pre-upgrade and post-upgrade testing.)
Software is not enough
You have access to a team of talented strategists, developers, and designers when you use the Clockwork AMM. A software product doesn't come with a team in a box; our service means you can pick up the phone and talk to a human that cares about your websites. We can help you plan your online strategy or step in to help build out pages in your site.
