Editing
An Editor reviews pages submitted by an Author and approves them for publishing. Once a page is submitted to an Editor, they will receive an email notification from the AMM. To review and approve pages submitted by an Author, follow the steps below.
Editing Through the Change Map
To view pages submitted for approval, click the Change Map tab.

All the pages that are new or that have been changed appear in the change map. Yellow text in the notes field indicates the page is pending approval from an Editor.


- To view the submitted page in the Content Builder, click the page name.
- To preview how the page will appear online, click the Preview button.
- To approve the page for publishing click the Approve button.
- To approve multiple pages, check the boxes next to the page names and click the Approve Selected Pages button at the bottom of the screen.
Editing With Quick Edit
You can also edit pages directly from the Active Site Map.
- Simply click the Quick Edit button in the action menu.

- Click an area on the preview page where you’d like to make edits.
- This will open the Edit Component window. Make your edits and click Save.

- Close the window and return to the Change Map to submit the page for publishing.
- Pages that have been approved by an Editor but have not yet been published have green color-coding in the edit notes.
