Preview a Post

1. Click the View Posts link from the main blogs screen for the blog you would like to view.
   
2. Click the link for the blog post you would like to preview.
   
3. Click Preview Blog Post from either the top or the bottom of the screen.
   
4. The preview of the post will display in a new browser window or tab.

Publish a Post

Publishing a post can be done from either the Publish Map in the AMM or by following the directions below. If publishing directly from the AMM, any post marked with a status of “Draft” that has a publication date that is in the past will not be published (see Create a Blog – steps 4 & 5 for more information). Following the instructions below will override this Draft status.

1. Click the View Posts link from the main blogs screen for the blog you would like to publish.
   
2. Click the link for the blog post you would like to publish.
   
3. Click “Save and Publish” from either the top or the bottom of the page. The Confirm Publish screen will appear.
   
4. Select “Publish Now” or “Schedule Publish.”
   • Selecting “Publish Now” will cause the publish to occur immediately.
   
   • Selecting “Schedule Publish” will allow you to schedule a publish to occur in the future. Please reference the AMM manual for more information about scheduling a publish.
     Note: Publishing from this screen will publish your blog root page and any posts with a publication date of current or in the past.

5. Check the box for Publish Children if there are subpages under your blog root page that you would like to publish.
   Note: Always perform this step the first time you publish your blog.
   
6. Click “Confirm Publish.”
