The Manage Surveys page is your starting point for creating and maintaining your surveys and polls. The following information explains the functionality of the tools available on this page. The Manage Surveys page displays a list of all your current surveys and polls, sorted by the date they begin.

The option buttons to the right of each survey allow you to perform various operations.

  • Clicking Questions allows you to view survey questions. From here you can create new questions or edit or delete existing questions. In order to edit a question, click the underlined text of the question.
  • Statistics allow you to see how many people have responded to a question and how many people have skipped it. Statistics will be addressed in more detail later.
  • Responses let you see the full response of each person who fills out the survey or poll. Time of response, IP Address, and member name of the responder are recorded here. These results are downloadable and viewable on the AMM.
  • Copy allows you to make an exact copy of an existing survey. (This can help save time if you want to reuse elements of a previously created survey.)
  • Delete removes the survey completely. Deleting the survey also deletes the questions and all recorded responses.

To create a new Survey or Poll click the Create New button.

Enter the date you want your survey to stop being available.

Choose a “thank you” page to display to users after they submit the survey.

If you need to remember which members completed a survey so that you may contact those members later, you can choose a static list to associate with your survey. (If you are unsure how to create a static list, please refer to the AMM manual.)

Click the check box if you want a single user to be able to answers the same survey multiple times. Example: a customer satisfaction where users see same survey with every purchase.
