Getting Started

To get started, log into the AMM and familiarize yourself with the major components on its homepage.

Logging In

To login, follow these steps:

1. Open your favorite web browser. (Firefox version 3.0 or higher is recommended. You may also use Internet Explorer 7.0 and Safari 5.0 or higher. Please note that Internet Explorer 6 is not supported for use within the AMM.)
2. Enter your AMM access URL (generally this is https://yourdomain.amm.clockwork.net) in the address line and press Enter.
3. Sign into the AMM using your AMM username and password and click Log In. If you do not have a username and password, contact your super user.
4. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the Active Media Suite home page, your portal to the Clockwork products your company has purchased. (Products your company has not purchased are grayed out and are inaccessible.)
5. Click Active Survey Kit to access the Surveys tool.

Navigating the Active Survey Kit

Navigation within the Surveys tool is very similar to that of the AMM. In fact, many of the same functions you have while operating within the AMM, such as Assets, are also available within Surveys. Review the information below to familiarize yourself with the major tools accessible from the Surveys homepage so you can quickly perform survey functions.

Clicking the Active Media Suite icons allows to you navigate to the other Clockwork products to which you have access.

Click Surveys to create and edit surveys.

Click Assets to access images you want to use for your poll.

Click Metrics to view site visitor activity.
