How to Use This Manual

This manual explains how to perform the most common tasks, following the recommended methods, used for creating newsletters and sending mailings to your member lists. Because the AMS uses many of the same functions and processes as the AMM, the certain instructions (such as member and list management) are omitted as they are covered within the AMM user manual.

This manual should be used as a post-training reference for any person who has been trained to use the AMM and the AMS. If you have not received such training, contact your super user.
