How To: Reset Your AMM Password

If you have forgotten your AMM password you can request a new one by emailing support@clockwork.net. Clockwork support will trigger a password reset that will email you a temporary, one-time use password.

Temporary Password Email



The temporary password is only valid for 24 hours so it's important that you access the AMM within that window. After you receive the temporary password, use the steps below to complete the process.

Password Reset Steps

Once you have received the temporary password please follow these steps to complete the password reset.

  1. Go to the login screen of your AMM.
  2. Enter your username and the temporary password provided in the email. Note: Manually entering the password works better than copy/paste and passwords are case sensitive.
  3. After you click login you will be prompted to enter the "old" password and then a new password. (see image below). Please enter the temporary password provided as the "old" password, and then enter a new password.
  4. Click "Save New Password" when complete to finish the reset process and to finish logging in.
